BASIC TERMS OF SERVICE:

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY KIND OF TIPSπ CONTRACT π
Commissioning is done under the terms of a contract of mandate, which will be signed before the project starts, and after the details and fees have been agreed upon.ππPRICING π
Prices are approximate
and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
Final price to be discussed via e-mail.Secrecy fee applies
for any commissions that the Client do not wish to be published by the Artist on any given progress stage

Payment through PayPal or KO-FI
(logging in Ko-Fi is not required; processed online by STRIPE, which allows payments by card, LINK, Apple/Google Pay, etc.)

a) 50% after sketch + 50% when finished
before acquiring the final High Quality file
b) 100% after accepting the final sketchππINSIGHTS & REVISIONS π
The Artist provides insights into the progress of the project:
Revisions in sketching process - unlimited and free of charge.*
*The Artist reserves the right to additional compensation in exceptionally extreme cases.
Corrections after acceptance of the final Sketch - 2 (lineart & base colours).
Any other/next for an appropriate payment! Please give due consideration to accepting the final sketch.
Finished product in high quality to be viewed only after payment in full for the service.ππREFUNDSπ
PROJECT DURATION & DISCONTINUATIONIn case of difficult life situations that may occur during the process, below scenarios apply:a) if the Contractor (artist) is unable to complete the project,
The Customer (client) will receive an appropriate refund proportionate only to the uncompleted part of the work.b) in the event that the Customer (client) finds themselves unable to pay for further work within the agreed timeframe,
a payment in instalments for the amount of work that has already been done is required.c) The Artist reserve the right to cancel the project without any refund whatsoever in case of malicious or harmful behaviour of the Customer. Aggression, harassments, dehumanization or discrimination won't be tolerated.(Terms and conditions are default and subject to discussion on a case-by-case basis via email).NO FULL REFUND IN CASE OF DISCONTINUATION OF THE PROJECT
By paying for the service, the Customer hereby agrees not to submit a chargeback request.π COMMUNICATION πBoth the Artist and the Customer are obliged to stay in communication
to provide feedback and progress of the project in question.The Artist reserve the right to abandon the project
if the Customer does not respond within an alarmingly long period of time (approximately 3 weeks).
After the 4th week, the project may be removed from the Artist's database or reworked and resold to another customer at any time.πLICENSINGπ

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Artist retains original copyright and ownership of any work commissioned.

The Client is allowed to use the materials for purposes such as:
non-profit usage; promotional & advertisement purposes; personal purposes.Profit out of the bought materials allowed only if it doesn't involve the materials directly
i.ex.: streaming with the materials; decorating a website; free advertisement; thumbnails

Potential reselling matter & Commercial Usage of the art
(such as selling merch with the bought materials or gaining any other direct profit)
to be discussed via e-mail individually.
Require additional licensing contract and payment.

πCONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE π
GDPR (RODO) CLAUSE:The Customer (client) and the Contractor (artist) are not authorised to disseminate any of the mutual information concerning this business cooperation for purposes other than legal, accounting or further/future business cooperation.

If the Customer is satisfied with the services and wishes to recommend the artist, they may share the address of public websites and the artistic nickname - Dino / Dinosaurolophus.
ANY other details, such as full name, TIN, Central Records link, PayPal, address, etc. must remain between the legal parties of this business cooperation.

This declaration is applicable for a continuous period of time and is not subject to a statute of limitations, and breaking it will have legal consequences.

The parties undertake to keep confidential the provisions of the agreement as well as the information obtained, directly or indirectly, in connection with the negotiation, conclusion and execution of the agreement, with the exception of information which a party is obligated to disclose in accordance with applicable laws or the disclosure of which the other party has agreed to.π
