BASIC TERMS OF SERVICE:

NO REFUNDS FOR ANY KIND OF TIPS

Commissioning is done under the terms of a contract of mandate, which will be signed before the project starts, and after the details and fees have been agreed.

Prices are approximate
and may vary depending on the complexity of the design.
Final price to be discussed via e-mail.Secrecy fee applies
for any commissions that the Client do not wish to become published by the Artist on any given progress stage

(logging in Ko-Fi is not required; processed online by STRIPE, which allows payments by card, LINK, Apple/Google Pay, etc.)50% after sketch

I provide insights into the progress of the project:
Reviews & revisions in sketching process - unlimited and free of charge.*
*I reserve the right to additional compensation in exceptionally extreme cases.
Corrections after acceptance of the final Sketch - 2 (colours).
Any other/next for an appropriate payment! Please give due consideration to accepting the final sketch.
Finished product in high quality to be viewed only after payment in full for the service.π
Both parties are obliged to stay in touch to assure each other that the project is still ongoing.
I reserve the right to abandon the project if the client does not respond within an alarmingly long period of time (approximately 2 weeks).
After 3 weeks, the project may be removed from the database or reworked and resold to another client at any time.

PROJECT DISCONTINUATION
In case of difficult life situations that may occur during the process, below scenarios apply:- if the Contractor (artist) is unable to complete the project,
The Customer (client) will receive an appropriate refund proportionate only to the uncompleted part of the work.- in the event that the Customer (client) finds themselves unable to pay for further work within the agreed timeframe,
a payment in instalments for the amount of work that has already been done is required.(Terms and conditions are default and subject to discussion on a case-by-case basis via email).NO FULL REFUND IN CASE OF DISCONTINUATION OF THE PROJECT
By paying for the service, the Customer hereby agrees not to submit a chargeback request.π
LICENSE:
CC BY-NC-SAThe Customer MUST GIVE WRITTEN CREDIT to the artist anywhere the materials created by the artist appear.

Potential reselling matter & Commercial Usage of the art
(such as selling merch with the bought materials or gaining any other profit)

Confidentiality clause
GDPR (RODO) CLAUSE:The Customer (client) and the Contractor (artist) are not authorised to disseminate any of the mutual information concerning this business cooperation for purposes other than legal, accounting or further/future business cooperation.

If the Customer is satisfied with the services and wishes to recommend the artist, they may share the address of this page and the artistic nickname - Dino.
ANY other details, such as full name, TIN, Central Records link, PayPal, address, etc. must remain between the legal parties of this business cooperation.

This declaration is applicable for a continuous period of time and is not subject to a statute of limitations, and breaking it will have legal consequences.
